18' x 30' Valance 5 Pc. Enclosure kits feature an 8 inch overhang around the frame edge and contain pull ties at the four corners, which tighten the cover for a secure fit. The canopy replacement 5 pc. combo includes (1) Top Cover, (2) Side Panels, (1) Front Door With Double Zipper Entrance and (1) Solid Back Door Panel. For 18' x 30' frames - Actual tarp size is 20' x 30'. The two extra feet is needed to cover the high center angle. See Measurement diagram below.
