Item Return Guideline

Please reference the basic return checklist below to see if your item is eligible for return. All return merchandise must be approved by customer service and given an RMA (Return Authorization). Any items shipped to our facility without the proper RMA will be refused and returned to sender. All return merchandise requests must be made through email at the address given below. Sales associates at our toll free number will not be able to assist with return authorizations. Every question and a valid invoice number must be provided to be considered for return.

Has the manufacturer packaging been opened?
Is the purchase date past 30 days?
