Our good-looking 16-foot by 20-foot valance replacement five-piece canopy set has an attractive 8-inch overhang around the frame edge. Pull ties are located at the canopy's four corners to tighten the tarp for a secure fit. This poly tarp is designed for a 14-foot by 20-foot frame, with the two extra inches added to cover the canopy enclosure's high center angle. This five-piece kit includes the top cover, two side panels, a front door with double-zipper entrance and one solid back door panel. Our 16x20 poly tarps for 14x20 frames are waterproof, and they naturally resist rot and mildew.
