Frame
The heavy-duty 2" diameter all-steel frame includes 7 ribs with 4' between each, connected by ShelterLock™ at every rib connection for 70% added strength. It is bonded with DuPont thermoset baked-on powder-coated finish to prevent chipping, peeling, rust and corrosion. Included are slip fit connectors and swedged tubing for easy assembly, and bolt hardware at every connection point to ensure a solid structure.
Cover
The cover is made of 9-oz., triple-layer enhanced polyethylene that is chemically heat bonded. This rip-stop fabric is treated inside and out with added fade blockers, anti-aging and anti-fungal agents. It is hot air-fused at the seams and 100% waterproof. The cover has a white interior lining for enhanced illumination. The advanced-engineered, commercial-grade polyethylene woven fabric is UV-treated inside and out to stand up to the elements
