I haven't seen a "heavy-duty" tarp that was actually heavy-duty in years. This tarp is what I remember buying years ago, something that I can put up all summer for several years, with grommets that will not tear out when it is pitched for the first time.
Tip: When securing tarps and covers, use elastic ball ties or bungee cords. Avoid rigid fasteners such as wire, rope, or zip ties, which can cause grommet damage or tearing in windy conditions or under excessive pull force.
