Customer service was.excellemt...the part needed fit perfectly. Cost with shipping was a little more than wanted but not unexpected. Very pleased with service and the product.
Tip: When securing tarps and covers, use elastic ball ties or bungee cords. Avoid rigid fasteners such as wire, rope, or zip ties, which can cause grommet damage or tearing in windy conditions or under excessive pull force.
