Product Description
The canopy replacement tarp with valance overhang is made for 12' x 30' frames and is fabricated using 6 Oz, 12 mil. polyethylene materials and contains grommets every 18" on the underside of the cover. Every tarp is Waterproof, Mildew proof, Rot proof and UV Resistant. Canopy replacement tarps with valance feature an 8 inch overhang around the frame edge and contain pull ties at the four corners, which tighten the cover for a secure fit. For 12' x 30' frames - Actual tarp size is 13' 6" x 29' 6" grommet to grommet. The two extra feet is needed to cover the high center angle.

Does the job it is supposed to. Will start to get brittle in the sun after about 10 to 12 months

All construction of tarp appears to be good seams grommets etc, material feels durable. The overall length was a bit short for my frame had to double up bungees on both ends and the drawstring for the ridge just pulls over the end poles nothing to really worry about. Glad it works since I bought 2.
