Our affordable 12' x 10' - finished size 9' 6" x 11' 6" - canopy replacement cover valance is just the thing to refresh, revitalize and add some color to an outdoor frame (frame sold separately). This heavy-duty 12' x 10' canopy replacement tarp with a valance overhang is made to fit 10' x 10' frames (the extra 2' is needed to cover high center angles) and is manufactured using 6-ounce, 12 mil polyethylene materials that will last throughout many seasons and will breeze through inclement weather so you can rest easy that your outdoor storage has an effective barrier against the harsh elements.

This 12' x 10' valance canopy replacement cover is made with protection and security in mind - it features heavy-duty grommets every 18" on the underside of the cover and is compatible with our canopy tie down products, ball bungee ties and EPDM rubber tarp straps available at Canopies and Tarps. Every 12' x 10' canopy replacement is waterproof, mildew-resistant, rot-proof and UV-resistant. Our 12' x 10' canopy replacement tarps with valances feature an 8" overhang around the frame's edge that is both practical and looks great too. Fix this tarp and forget it: this tarp features pull ties at the four corners, which tighten the cover for a custom fit that's perfect for your project.
