Product Description
Bull Flex™ Hay Tarp System
The Bull Flex™ Hay Tarp System is a premium reinforced bale cover designed for long-term agricultural and outdoor protection. Built from UV-resistant polyethylene and engineered with ultra-strong webbing tie-down tabs, Bull Flex™ delivers dependable coverage for round bale stacks, square bale stacks, farm equipment, wood piles, and even RV storage.
Unlike traditional hay tarps that rely solely on metal grommets, Bull Flex™ incorporates reinforced webbing tie-down tabs every three feet — providing three times the strength of standard grommet systems. When properly installed and maintained, this tarp is designed to deliver 3–5 years of reliable outdoor performance.

Designed for Round & Square Bale Configurations
The Bull Flex™ tarp system is ideal for covering both round bale and square bale hay stacks of various sizes and stacking configurations. Recommended tarp widths are based on true bale measurements and stacking method. For best results, measure your stack width and add additional overhang to ensure proper protection at the ends.
For maximum performance and wind resistance, Bull Flex™ is optimally paired with our patented Super Cinch™ tie-down installation kits. When ordering a Super Cinch™ kit, select the version designed to match your bale shape and configuration.

What Makes Bull Flex™ Different?
Standard hay tarps often fail at stress points where grommets tear or hems weaken over time. Bull Flex™ eliminates this common failure point by using reinforced webbing tie-down tabs sewn directly into the tarp structure. Each end also features 2" seatbelt webbing inserted into sewn pockets, helping secure the tarp ends against wind damage.
An innovative full-length pocket design allows for optional PVC pipe insertion to provide added support across the tarp length when needed — a feature not typically found in traditional hay tarps.
Bull Flex™ vs Traditional Hay Tarps
- Stronger Tie-Down System – Reinforced webbing vs. metal grommets
- Wind-Resistant End Design – Seatbelt webbing pockets
- Longer Lifespan – Designed for 3–5 years with proper care
- Optional Structural Support – Integrated PVC pocket

Installation & Care
For best performance, install the Bull Flex™ tarp using the appropriate Super Cinch™ tie-down system and ensure proper tension across the entire stack. Avoid excessive slack that may allow wind movement. Periodically inspect tie-down points and remove debris accumulation to maximize product lifespan.
