The 1" T Cross Canopy Fitting from Canopies and Tarps is designed for building durable canopy frames, shelter systems, and roof structures using 1" EMT conduit. Manufactured from heavy-duty galvanized steel, this fitting provides excellent strength, stability, and corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor use.
IMPORTANT: This fitting features a 1-1/4" inside diameter (I.D.) specifically designed to fit 1" EMT conduit, which has an actual outside diameter of approximately 1-3/16". EMT conduit sizing is based on nominal trade size rather than true outside measurements, making the larger inside diameter essential for proper fitment and assembly.
The 90-degree T cross design creates secure roof and frame intersections for canopy structures, greenhouses, storage shelters, and other DIY projects. Welded connections and included locking eyebolts help keep conduit securely in place while simplifying installation.

Tip: When securing tarps and covers, use elastic ball ties or bungee cords. Avoid rigid fasteners such as wire, rope, or zip ties, which can cause grommet damage or tearing in windy conditions or under excessive pull force.
