We offer a wide selection of durable products at competitive prices, fast shipping, and helpful customer support. Orders may be placed online or by phone with assistance from our knowledgeable sales team.
Please note: We do not require a signature for delivery and we are not responsible for porch theft. We are solely responsible for getting the item to your delivery address. Whatever event takes place after delivery is out of our control and we hold no liability.

CanopiesAndTarps.com is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Liability is limited to defects that occur under normal and intended use conditions.
Canopy Structures:
All canopy sets, shelters, and portable garage products must be assembled and used according to the provided instructions.
Replacement Covers:
Replacement covers are designed specifically for the products sold on our website and are not universal or compatible with other brands. Covers must be installed on a frame of equal strength and quality to the original structure.
Tarp Covers:
All tarps include grommets along all four edges. Elastic ball ties are the recommended securing method. Alternative tie-down methods may cause damage and will void any warranty or guarantee.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by email request only. After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed due to processing and shipment timelines.
If cancellation is approved after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee may apply.
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
Expedited orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) must be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow standard return procedures.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Important policies regarding non-refundable custom and made-to-order items.
All custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable. These items are manufactured specifically for each order and include canvas tarps, vinyl tarps, pond liners, hay tarps, and athletic field covers.
Custom orders may take 15–20 business days to ship and cannot be canceled after 72 hours. Expedited shipping applies only after fabrication is complete.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY & PROCESS
Eligibility requirements, restocking fees, and conditions for approved returns.
Most products are eligible for return within 30 days, excluding complete canopy sets, portable garages, canopy fittings, gazebos, tent stakes and made-to-order items. All canopy-related sales and custom products are final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, include the original receipt, and receive prior return authorization. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened tarp packages are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for measuring correctly before ordering.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

All returns require prior approval. To request a return, customers must complete the Return Authorization Form with a valid order number, contact name, phone number, and photos of the item(s). Packages received without authorization will be refused.
CanopiesAndTarps.com guarantees products arrive new and free from manufacturing defects. Once delivered, use of all products is at the customer’s discretion. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, environmental exposure, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
